Dear Kayla,
You are lucky I am gone all day to Waynesville. Keep i mind we can stop you from working at Camp this summer if you get too sassy.
It is nice outside today. I want your car cleaned inside and out. I want your room picked up and that bin of clothes put away. This all better be done by the time I get home at 2 (keep in mind its 12 when im reading this note). Love, Mom
Ps. Either paint some more or clean up your mess of paints on the table (its not a mess b/c they are neatly organized).

What if we as people cant live up to the expectations? We always say yes as soon as we are counselors we are going to turn this camp back to the old camp.. what if we cant... or worse what if we fail? Sometimes camp just puts to much pressure on us.. when its not the summer we are sad and talk about he good times non stop and when it is the summer we have to listen to Kurt and other people which makes it worse.. no wonder why so many of our favorite counselors have said goodbye. out of the 14 Lits that attended 2004 2nd session LIT only 2 are going on to SIT even though everyone said they couldnt wait for SIT.. thats sad. and the 2 people are me and emily. what happened to our family? maybe thats why are closing song is "Pass It On". the old counselors have gone and they passed everything off to us. i give my hats off to the counselors for all the drama theyve been through. i wish i could just turn back time to the summer of 2004. i think that was the best. i dono maybe im just thinking to much.. hopefully the next 3 summers will be fucking sweet.
